Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or via email.

Local Delivery

  • We offer local delivery for hay, feed, and select in-store items within our delivery zone. Delivery days and fees are based on location and order size. Please contact us at (818) 242-2841 for details.

  • Delivery is Monday–Saturday; no deliveries on Sundays or major holidays.

In-Store Pickup

  • Free in-store pickup is available at 480 W Riverside Dr, Burbank, CA 91506.

  • Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. You will receive an email or phone call when your order is ready.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free shipping over $200 in the continental US. 

  • We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Feed, hay, and other oversized or perishable items are not eligible for standard shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

  • We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

 


 

Return & Exchange Policy

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns may be processed in-store or by mail. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (hay, feed, treats)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or special-order products

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items within 14 days of purchase.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
